Today’s students are exposed to a lot of noise about employability. To be useful, new information needs to go beyond ‘tips for a great CV’.

With influencer Sonya Barlow as the host, I planned, directed and helped to edit four videos that provide real, relevant advice. All with a tone that feels natural to a young Instagram audience.

As well delivering a 200% increase in LBG’s social stats, the campaign helped them jump to #20 in the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers 2023 – the highest climber that year.
