Rolls-Royce attracts lots of graduates and apprentices. However, they tend to belong to the same demographics – something the company is keen to change.

Working with a small film crew, an art director and animator, I created over 20 social videos that showed a fun, friendly and inclusive side to the company. Proving to young people at Rolls-Royce and beyond that this is a place where anyone, of any experience and background, can feel excited about their future.

Not to brag, it's been some of the company's most popular early careers content to date.
