Many BT leaders are trailblazing experts in their field. And the Talent team wanted to use LinkedIn to show it. Problem is, trailblazing experts tend to be time poor. And creating content for LinkedIn low on their to-do list.

So, I stepped in. From short bimonthly conversations, I wrote articles for each leader that connected to current trends, sparked discussions and positioned them as an authority in their industry.

Each article has received hundreds of reactions and dozens of comments, doing much to raise BT Group’s visibility on the platform.
