I worked with an art director to create a bright and bold campaign that made them stand out from the crowd. And showed how TJX careers are as one-of-a-kind as their people and products.

Creating everything from fun-filled films to slogan tote bags, I was behind almost every detail of the campaign. The result was an 80% uplift in applications in just the first three months.
