Southeastern needed to launch three new ways of working to their 4,500 employees. And, more importantly, get them putting these behaviours into action.

I helped implement a bright and plain-speaking campaign that gave people permission to do the small things which, collectively, would make a huge difference for colleagues and customers.

For the launch, I helped create a film fronted by Southeastern’s CEO, plus posters, table talkers, and a manager guide to having positive conversations.
