The Royal College of Occupational Therapists is on a mission to increase diversity within occupational therapy in the UK.

But to attract people from different backgrounds, there's a lot of work to do. Not only to share the benefits of a career in occupational therapy, but to help people understand what it is in the first place.

Over two years, I worked with art directors to develop OOH and social campaigns that built a better understanding on a very small budget. This meant writing posters, creating podcasts, and producing videos that informed and inspired audiences to 'Choose OT'.
