The Rolls-Royce apprenticeships team found themselves repeatedly answering the same questions about recruitment.

“We need a written guide to share with candidates”, they said.
“No.” I said.
“16-year-olds won’t read it. Let’s make a video.”

With just a couple of weeks until applications opened, I worked with a designer and animator to turn their super tight budget into a bright, friendly information film. Voiced by one of their own apprentices for added authentic effect.
