In 2020 I was lucky enough to work for Marie Curie, witnessing the incredible resilience of their nurses and hospice staff up close. As the year ended, they deserved an exceptional kind of 'thank you'.

Working with the in-house creative team, I trawled through hundreds of employee-submitted videos, photos and messages to create a video that would remind 4,000 employees of the extraordinary difference they’d made.

The response from colleagues was overwhelming and I'm told it's still talked about, with much pride, to this day.
