HCA UK had a fresh new employer brand. And an extensive careers site that needed to reflect it.

I carefully reviewed, restructured and rewrote around 30 pages to include brand messages, streamline content, and make the company’s proposition to candidates clear.

The result is a tighter, more focused website that communicates all the benefits of joining the HCA UK team. And reveals the pride and emotion rooted in their people promise: ‘It’s how we care’.
